Start with the One Phone drills. A single phone on a stand is both the timing line and
the reaction light — it can flash a direction, a colour or a number the instant you cross, then time your return.
Add a second phone only when a drill needs a separate finish line, like a straight 40. Reaction and change-of-direction
work does not need one.
